A crisis as we are experiencing at this time can make little things seem like big things. The actions of individuals and businesses are more important than ever. The management and techs at Harvest Honda take "customer service" to a level I had not expected. Jason impressed me a great deal with his professionalism and Chris did the needed work quickly and with a sincere smile. I highly recommend them for your Honda's needs--I've been a Honda owner for more than 40 years and can say they are one of the best!

A much better and pleasant experience at the Honda dealership compared to the Toppenish tire store that responded with rage and vandalize customer’s cars in the middle of the night. Honda service advisor,Jessica C. demonstrated business professionalism and explained what specific services was required to create vehicle longevity and following up with the Honda maintenance schedule for a longer lasting engine performance.
I called the service department to discuss the problem I was having with the front end of my 2010 Prius (not my daily drive). I described what I felt and heard when I would accelerate or brake at a higher speed. The Manager took my car in and determined it was a quick minor repair. I had my car back in approximately an hour. The manager took the time to discuss the car issue and quickly resolved my problem. I will definitely return for any further repairs. Thank you J.K

While I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle from Harvest (I got a Toyota Corolla hybrid instead), I would definitely recommend this place. They have straightforward (low) pricing, they don't pressure you, and they don't play the stupid tricks that other dealerships do. I worked with Dexter, and he was great.
