Long story short, I was traveling from Arizona to Washington for my daughters birthday. We got a flat tire on our way into Yakima at about 5 in the morning. we got towed to harvest Honda and we had to sleep in our car, they let us in at 7 even though they opened an hour later. We didn't have much money for repairs and they gave it to us free of charge. It only took about 20 minutes to give me a new tire. I was able to make it to my destination in time despite what happened. Thank you so much for helping us when we desperately needed it

My wife and I had issues just outside Yakima. After chatting with our Honda dealership they said to take the car to Harvest Honda. After a tow we arrived at Harvest. We were greeted by Michael and his team went to quickly to work diagnosing the issue. Everyone treated us with great respect. We received a loaner car and after the parts arrived they fixed the problem. The car works perfect now and what could have been a difficult weekend turned out just fine. Even made the birthday lunch with the family. Thanks to everyone at Harvest Honda, for everything.
Working full time and getting paid once a month is a balancing act. Honda harvest services put me in such a great mood today! Since they new my situation they worked with my warranty and was able to help me with $800 that I could not cover on my own. Thank God for my warranty that Honda made sure I got for my best I interest. I told them thank you for not only working with my budget but for putting faith back in dealerships when I thought all just want to cheat customers. Thank you for restoring faith in humanity. The best decision I ever made with a car so far. Micheal and his supervisor (I’m sorry I don’t remember you name, but I remember face) and team the best service department hands down! I have been going to Harvest Honda for years now and they have always been timely and accommodating. I have always received 5 star service. Michael Johansing has helped me the last few times I have been in and has always given me the best customer service and makes sure that I get in and out quickly. I would highly recommend Harvest Honda to anyone who is looking for a vehicle or needs to service their vehicle.
We had our car fully detailed & oil change on Saturday the 19th and they did a outstanding job. Jason wrote us up at 9:00 AM and had our car back to us before the end of the day looking great!
This is a little late, but I would really like to commend Michael Johansing for his kind and thoughtful service. I brought my CRV in to have a factory recall checked on it. I brought the wrong vehicle! The Pilot had a recall not the CRV. Michael was kind and understanding. He had something checked on the CRV for me and even gave me a car wash ticket. He really made my day!
The service I received at Harvest Honda was excellent. The staff was organized and friendly, and kept me informed of my vehicle's progress. I will gladly use them again for future maintenance and repair.
I was on a road trip from Renton, WA to Boise, ID, when my 1996 Honda Accord lost high speed power while climbing out of Ellensburg on highway 82, and the check engine light came on. After pulling over and consulting my owners manual, as recommended I continued at 35 to 40 mph to Yakima to assess the problem at Harvest Honda, 1700 East Yakima Ave., Yakima, WA. With no appointment, my car was immediately looked at and underwent diagnostic testing. This is without a doubt the most customer friendly, efficient, thorough and informative Honda dealer I have ever experienced. I was kept fully informed on the status of my car the entire time, by Service Advisor Tony Vasquez and the Service Manager. They have a most comfortable waiting area and the entire staff was helpful and polite in offering all of the perks offered in the waiting area. They we not able to duplicate the problem and eventually sent me on my way with some suggestions and advice. The service check was at no charge. I am so impressed with this auto group, that when it is time to retire the old '96, I will definitely consider traveling across the mountains to buy a replacement from Harvest Honda, and try to convince them to branch out to Renton in the future.
